Vanish R is a running shoe for men. The construction of this model in the upper area includes mesh layers that allow greater air passage, allowing your feet to stay fresh for much longer. This shoe is recommended for runners with a neutral tread.
In terms of reducing impacts, sports shoes incorporates Propel Plate technology that improves cushioning and helps the efficient return of energy after each step. The model is optimized for races up to 10K and speed training. Inside you will perceive total comfort because the width of the shoe is standard.
The closure of the men´s shoe is the traditional one with laces distributed along the instep for a better fit. Its weight does not exceed 300 grams. The version is available in a variety of colors and sizes.

Product complies with the specifications described on the web. Very happy with them to highlight that people who are thinking of acquiring these shoes must have good running technique and be able to go at high rates and for rather short races, otherwise you will not get product from them. In my opinion it is missing some small studs in the forefoot to provide better grip on momentum.

The Vanish model is a beautiful piece of design and lightness but ... by trying to cover the same female and male audience, the manufacturer has sacrificed space. So far I have enjoyed the Instinct, Paradigm and The One models labeled for men (M-42.5) and they have been a blast. Unfortunately I cannot think the same of the Vanish, which reports the size for men and women (US) on the label. If you have a very large metatarsal perimeter, this model is NOT for you. I also think that it would be appropriate for the distributor to warn the public that it is an unisex Altra model that will continue to be, by far, my favorite brand.

super light and comfortable from the first moment, perfect for those who like drop, zero and space for fingers to be super comfortable. choose one of the two insoles provided, choose 1/2 or 1 size above. better feeling just barefoot.

This is my second pair of the Altra Vanish R, my previous pair also bought from runnerinn. My last pair lasted me 2 years and clocked up nearly 300 miles. New pair came last week and saw an instant improvement in my time wearing a new pair of Vanish R's. They are ultra lightweight, they suit my barefoot running feel I like with a small stack height, foot shaped so plenty of room and zero drop. I've even used them on dry trails in the summer. Not just a 5k or 10k sure in my opinion I've certainly run further without any discomfort. At this price they're a good bargain too.

If you are careful with the size (the shoes are smaller) this Racing Flat is a great selection. I run with those 10 km without problems. In addition, the Propel Plate makes a difference, at least to my escalates. I compared the two in the same round and distance. Can only recommend.

This shoe is suitable for the track, not recommended for anyone wishing to do so many kilometers. Very light and thin, it does not guarantee adequate cushioning for running over medium / long distances.

This are one of the best, lightweight racing sneakers for road surfaces. They feature 0 drop, have wide toe box and have super thin upper. Great summer running shoe for road running in temperatures around 30.
