Adidas Terrex Swift R3id Goretex Hiking Shoes have a mid-cane that gives support and stability to the ankle while you run through the most complex terrains of the mountains, with the security of having superior traction against any terrain, cushioning, impermeability, and breathability.
They are made with a Continental rubber outsole that gives excellent grip with their mid-studs on muddy or rocky surfaces. These trekking shoes include an EVA midsole that provides smooth cushioning, heel stabilizer for better balance and a protective plate against rocks that is ideal for steeper runs.
The Goretex membrane is responsible for repelling water, avoiding it from getting inside, and keeping your feet dry and fresh at all times. Besides, the upper with mesh and synthetic leather reinforcements without seams favors ventilation in the interior and resistance against abrasions. These trail running shoes present a protective toe cap, reinforced tongue, and elastic laces for easy lacing.
Built with a GORE-TEX membrane for waterproof coverage, these men´s hiking shoes are like the Swiss knife of trail shoes.
Lightweight yet rugged, they let you move swiftly through a wide range of terrain and conditions.
A mid-height cuff helps seal out dirt and gravel, while an external heel cup and rock protection plate lend support through rocky terrain.

Hello! In some stores (even on the adidas website) they recommend ordering one size larger than usual for this model. On the Terrex Swift R2 I use a 45 1/3. Should I order a size larger for this model?

Very good boot. Lightweight, really waterproof (I´m using it in Ushuaia in the cold and rain). I wear a 42 in Brazil, I bought a 45.
