Enjoy the freedom of your training, using Gel Sonoma 4 Goretex. The running shoe is ideal for moving to the next level of preparation. Cross country racing is one of the specialties that you will carry out with this footwear. All the joints of the foot will find in this model the perfect comfort.
This version stands out for the ability to rebound in the different levels of impact and the return of the foot to the neutral position. The integration of the gel in the posterior zone, the Amplifoam technology, located in the midsole, and the Ortholite insole are the three main elements that keep you stable and with good grip on the different surfaces in which you move.
To improve the firmness, the sole consists of molded rubber and multi-directional studs to achieve the perfect attachment to the surface. Comfort is another aspect that will help you stay firm on the goal by having internal reinforcement in the heel. The foot is kept comfortable because the structure is seamless and has a spring on the main finger. The breathability in the model is facilitated because it has mesh open at the tip.
Designed to help you achieve all your running goals on trails and mountain tracks, the men´s GEL-SONOMA™ 4 GTX running shoe by ASICS is made for the great outdoors. It offers plenty in the way of cushioning, with rearfoot GEL™ technology for unrivalled shock absorption on even the toughest terrain.
The lightweight and flexible AMPLIFOAM™ midsole increases rebound, giving you the energy to move at greater speed, while the ORTHOLITE™ sockliner moulds to your feet over time, making each run more comfortable than the last. For stability on the bumpiest of grounds, we´ve added an internal heel counter that gives protective guidance to help your feet remain in their natural line of motion. Our stability running shoes are particularly recommended for overpronators, whose feet tend to roll inwards when they run.
Taking on those tough outdoor conditions means you need a tough running shoe. This waterproof option boasts a GORE-TEX®™ membrane to shield your feet from the elements, so you can head out on the trail even when the weather is cold and wet.
With a moulded rubber sole and multidirectional thinner lugs, the shoe boasts excellent grip, providing you with a secure footing in muddy conditions. The GEL-SONOMA™ 4 GTX model makes the perfect training partner, even on the toughest of trails.

This is my second pair of these shoes and I must say they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever purchased. Gortex membrane works a genuine treat with keeping the feet dry while at the same time allowing them to breathe. Highly recommend this product for both running and social wear.
