Enjoy the freedom of your training, using Gel Sonoma 4 Goretex. The running shoe is ideal for moving to the next level of preparation. Cross country racing is one of the specialties that you will carry out with this footwear. All the joints of the foot will find in this model the perfect comfort.
This version stands out for the ability to rebound in the different levels of impact and the return of the foot to the neutral position. The integration of the gel in the posterior zone, the Amplifoam technology, located in the midsole, and the Ortholite insole are the three main elements that keep you stable and with good grip on the different surfaces in which you move.
To improve the firmness, the sole consists of molded rubber and multi-directional studs to achieve the perfect attachment to the surface. Comfort is another aspect that will help you stay firm on the goal by having internal reinforcement in the heel. The foot is kept comfortable because the structure is seamless and has a spring on the main finger. The breathability in the model is facilitated because it has mesh open at the tip.

These sneakers are the closest thing to a glove on the foot. They are very comfortable, fit the foot very well and protect from water a lot. Ideal for going on dirt and mountain roads. As an additional comment and I say it knowingly because I have had the same shoes without the goretex membrane, it is convenient to take from 1/2 to 1 more number if you take them with said membrane so that it does not tighten too much. The shoe ends up giving way but if you have a wide foot you will have it regular at first. Taking 1/2 more number is a good option.

Used for about two weeks to run in undergrowth and on wet asphalt, I find them comfortable with 1 good grip. They have 1 nice look and I even wear them easily with 1 jeans. Regarding the size, this model seems to cut 1 hair smaller. I usually wear a 44 1/2 at Asics I had to switch to a 45, a size that fits me perfectly.

I have only worn them once since the purchase, as we are in summer and they wear goretex, they are quite hot, apart from black because I am not telling you anything else, but they are quite comfortable and regarding the number, I had no problems because there was already worn before from the same brand, but I solved it by measuring the foot, with this you will hit the street, they are narrow in the instep, but I like that they fit a lot and if they are like other models of the brand, they always give something. I said a good product, although the finishes are not good, I do not know the quality controls that pass, but between the shoe and the sole there are areas that are not homogeneous, they look stuck but do not have continuity as if they had not stuck in all its contour, although the same is in only the shoe that you buy. Well in general I am happy with the purchase.
