A stable running experience with a more responsive feel underfoot. From 5Ks to full marathons, the GEL-KAYANO® 30 shoe is designed to provide advanced stability and softer cushioning properties. The new 4D GUIDANCE SYSTEM™ helps provide adaptive stability. This helps you experience a more supportive and balanced stride during your distance training.
Its midsole is revamped with FF BLAST™ PLUS ECO cushioning and a 4mm stack height increase. With approximately 20% bio-based content, this material helps create cloud-like softness in every step.
The new PureGEL® technology is strategically positioned below the heel for a smoother ride. It´s 65% softer than conventional visible GEL® technology, allowing your distance training to feel surprisingly smooth.

- Push Off: Big toe and second toe do majority of the work.
- Considered Injuries: Shin splints, plantar fasciitis, bunions, heel spurs.
- How your foot contacts the ground: The foot lands on outside of heel, then rolls inward (pronates) excessively, transferring weight to inner edge instead of ball of the foot.

Shoes that will not disappoint. If you want run with smile on your face, take kayano 30. Size 45 is perfect for running if you have 44 or 44,5 foot size.

These are a vast improvement from the Gel Kayano 26. The increased angle of the slope from heel to toe, as well as the greatly improved cushioning makes for a very comfortable run. I would highly recommend these. And Runnerinn are a great place to buy them from too!

The cushioning is really great, on the road it feels like you're walking on really soft forest ground. However, the breathability is actually not that good (I had read about it in some reviews), I quickly get sweaty feet and so far I have only run in winter. I also liked wearing the old ones (they were still Gel Kayano 25) often in everyday life, but that no longer works with the thick soles and the sweating of my feet, but maybe that's just a matter of getting used to.

I have always used Kayano because I am a pronator and for me these are better than the 29. Much more ergonomic for the foot and with more stability. They are also discreet to wear with casual clothes.

It’s quite wide and comfortable, although it is not the real ´WIDE´ version but the standard width.

Kayano 30 shoe is not wide, Asics has a special version 30 Wide and extra wide of this shoe.
