New fit but exellent

It's absolutely different from previous models (had Kayano 28 and Kayano 29). It's wider, less springy but still very stable and comfortable, just in a bit different way. Great shoes.

So comfy and can definitely see myself logging a tonne of miles in these for my marathon training. Great fit, no rubbing and true to size. Not a shoe to do speed work in but an absolute beast of a work horse for long zone 2 running!

Hi, I´ve been wearing Asics Gel-Kayano for years. I´m a frequent runner and mountain runner. I was initially concerned about this shoe, the Kayano 30, because of the high sole. But then I bought it and I have to say, it´s great to run in. I usually wear size 39 for normal shoes. I´ve now ordered 39.5 and it fits well. There´s a bit of room at the front of the toes. Anna For size BR 39, EU 41 would probably fit best.

I take a size 1.5 larger than my shoe size. This is recommended for the Kayano model. But Brazilian sizes are different so you need to go up 2.5 - 3 sizes, so EU 42
