It is wonderful for better growth of muscle mass, containing a combination of two types of protein, whey and milk. Recommended dosage:

- Protein Shake: Mix 2 scoops (50 g) with 250 ml of cold water or milk. Use a blender or hand held shaker, mix for 30 seconds.
- Protein Porridge: Mix 2 scoops of Protein OptiMash® (50 g) with 180 ml of hot milk or water. Mix well by fork until you get a porridge consistency. Wait about 3 minutes. You can sweeten it with a bit of honey and top with fruits and nuts. Mixing ratio can be changed according to your taste.
