Lone Peak 4.5 is a trail running shoe that will help you hike the trails you want. This model belongs to the horizontal line. In the upper area, its construction allows it to bend with greater flexibility and also provides you with greater comfort.
The closure of this sports shoe is the traditional one with laces that distributed along the instep provide an improved micro-adjustment. Inside, you will notice that its skeletal structure improves performance during pronation.
In its cushioning system, this men´s shoe includes a foam midsole that creates a comfortable feeling under your feet. The Maxtrac outsole has a multidirectional pattern that offers better grip in different conditions. The version is available in different shades.
The Lone Peak, a cult legend in the dirt community, this bad-mama-jama continues to break trail for what trail shoes can be while still retaining the original legacy and feel we love of this heritage style. The upper has been trimmed down for more flexibility and comfort, while the lacing is simplified for improved micro-adjustment. To top off this update, the midsole foam formula has been tweaked just enough to give you a more resilient feel underfoot.

What a lovely shoe, I am now ready for my third pair. Like it excellent, comfort is great. I don't want anything else. Use them as a walking shoe, should have done this much earlier.

They are greater than I expected - lightweight, super traction, good lacing keep your feet comfortable. When you run through water then shoes dry fast.

These are my first pair of Altra trail shoes, although I have Escalantes for the road. They were exactly what I wanted - zero drop, foot shaped toe box and cushioning to help with high mileage over rocky terrain, where sharp stones are unavoidable. I did a couple of shorter training runs before taking them on a 30 mile, brutal run in the hills and they were up to the job in every way. As a rule I like zero cushioning, but I needed something more substantial for certain terrain and this was just enough without losing the feel of the trail. Good grip and they seem durable.

Super comfy, lightweight trail shoe that I wear everyday at work. I am totally pleased with this purchase. It was worth the delay (due to vivid-19). I totally recomend it!

After a run I can immediately recommend these dojies, really nice and good grip, ran trail and ran deliberately down into all the mud and puddles I found, the shoe did not get heavier and not bulky, perfect!
