Duo is a men´s running shoe that will help you get a comfortable feeling on your feet. One of the characteristics that this shoe has for neutral pronators is that it has been created especially for the anatomy of the male foot.
The FootShape box allows the movement of the toes, allowing greater relaxation and stability during climbs. The outsole of the shoe is made of blown rubber for greater resistance to abrasion.
The cushioning system of the sports shoe includes a Max LTTM midsole that contributes to the reduction of impacts, after each stride. The areas: front and rear of the foot are kept balanced due to the Zero platform that helps to have a proper position and minimize the impact. The trekking sports shoe has a standard width and its closure is the traditional one with laces distributed along the instep.
If you´re looking for max cushion with minimal weight, the Duo is your shoe. It is a lightweight, race day shoe through and through. With these fresh new colors comes small tweaks for even better performance and durability; the upper is reinforced with updated mesh, the tongue is padded and gusseted for better lockdown, and the Max-LTô midsole is ready to race mile after mile.

after reading various articles and reviews about trail running footwear, I opted for this model, also intrigued by the "drop, zero" feature and I was really satisfied. very comfortable and really shock absorbing no pain or problem at the end of the stroke, and with excellent grip. these are my impressions, also because I'm not a pro and I run to stay fit. as I believe they have already said, add half a size to the fit one usually wears.

These are super shoes! I have Hoka, several Altra, Newtons, Asics. But these shoes....the cushioning and bouncy of Altra Paradigm 4.0 and lightness of marathon racers. My favourite shoes for tempo works

Very light. And when you step in, it's soft. It feels good to run slowly and long. It might have been nice to have a big feeling and make it 0.5 cm smaller.

Impressions after the first kilometers. I already have trial Altra Timp and Altra Escalante 1.5. I thought that when I bought the Altra Duo I would have almost 2x depreciation at Escalante. However, the sole in Duo is completely different, it is more rigid, and the main "softness" gives the insole. Generally, they do well on asphalt, great on a dirt road, only the pebbles enter the attic and you need to stop to remove them, because you can hear friction on asphalt. Disadvantage: heels are quite high and rub on the Achilles, which means I have to glue my leg patches. Heels are narrow and therefore well suited to the heel and Achilles, but because of this shoes are difficult to dress - presses a little like fins.

They are wide shoes but hold well. Aesthetically they are very pretty, except for their width, as it looks like Frankenstein's shoes. But as I use them only for sports, it doesn't seem like a catch. Good cushioning, good grip, and sweat well. That said, the offer is worth it, if they do not have a good discount, there are better ones.

The Altra Doe are what they claim to be, a light weight high cousin road running shoe that are great for running longer distances. My only complaint is that the tung doesn’t have enough padding and rubs on the top of my foot. Easily fixed with a thicker pair of socks.
