By virtue of being much more comfortable and with increased support thanks to various changes on their upper, these shoes will do as well in intense training for neutral runners as well as in a daily city walk.

adidas has left the Ultraboost Uncaged’s underfoot intact, preserving the Boost midsole - with 85% energy return to take you further, faster - and the Continental™ rubber outsole with Stretchweb design, which reduces wear and considerably increases traction in all conditions. The Torsion System in the midfoot will still improve your step stability, as well as the Fitcounter stabilizer in the heel area.

The Uncaged´s great revolution, of course, is its upper; while the softness, breathability and great fit of a Primeknit build remains, the design has been rebuilt from scratch to remove its usual midfoot reinforcements. For this adidas used a sock-like design, with the Sockfit technology ensuring an unbelievable softness that adapts to the shape of your foot thanks to an elastic heel collar and reinforced knitting in both the midfoot and the instep to give you a snug, precise fit.
