Very springy and comfortable, could do with a little more cushioning at the front toe end, to maximise foot stability, and a little more support around the fabric upper to help hold the foot in place. That said, the comfort is far superior to most other trainers I´ve tried. Size is true to fit so go for your normal size.

5-star comfort, on the other hand, take a half or even a size above to be very comfortable because it is a slipper but which holds the foot perfectly well!!! Take the measurement of your foot carefully, for example, I am 290 cm in foot length, I took 44 2/3 because I like them adjusted, if you want a little extra space, you will have to take 45 1/3.
