I have to be honest I will not be using these for running, but for cycling. The winter months are a little colder and I need to keep my knees warm and these are perfect. They keep their shape and provide warmth. For me, perfect for cycling.

I am 1.84 tall and I weigh 80 kg. I took the size XL which fits perfectly, it is tight but does not compress. I think it is suitable for non-cold temperatures, I use it up to 7/8 degrees. Excellent value for money. I recommend it and will definitely buy it back in the future.
