very comfortable suit for long distance cycling/triathlon, as it has a great seat pad, and with the anti slip covering, keeps you in position and helps with modesty!. NOTE It is race sizing - I got a large at 72.5kg 170cm for an ironman. I found the top have very neat but not restrictive, with leg length right to the knees. Which was no issue. If i was a bit leaner up top <12% I could have worn a Medium. I completed an Ironman race, with no issues. Ready to race again in it.
