The tights are very very comfortable, no compression that can bother, the design is very nice and in the race they are not even noticeable. I recommend the purchase, for 1.72 and normal complexion size L is perfect.

No, it only has a small pocket on the front (on the inside) that can only be used to store car keys or a house key, but it is small, it doesn´t fit a bar or even a gel.
