The upper has a secure speed lace fastening system and breathable and lightweight upper. Can be worn in full replacement of a conventional trainer or as part of, for example a strength and conditioning training program. I am very happy with the service and it was delivered within the given time. I thought the delivery cost to NZ was a little high compared to other companies who stock vibrams but there was a lot more styles to choose from. I love my vibrams and will be getting another pair!
