Great training shoes

Takes some time getting used to this type of shoe, but they are great once broken in. I thought I got my size wrong and should've ordered a size up but it turns out I just needed an adjustment period because it's my first time wearing Vibram FiveFingers. The quality is great, 5 stars

Great for strength training.

With these shoes I feel the muscles better when I do leg routines with weights in the gym. My foot size is 40, but I read a review that they fit small, so I bought size 41 and they fit great. At first I thought they would be complicated and uncomfortable to wear; but after two days, I feel very comfortable and comfortable with them. First of all, you have to support your foot well on the ground and put your big toe in first and then go little by little with the others until they slide as we do with gloves on one hand. I recommend them!!

Great shoes. Fit true to size and provide a great barefoot running experience on cross country trails. Would not recommend for very compact/hard surface or steep descents with a lot of impact on the heels.
