This is my second pairs. My first pairs still serving me well. I use them for my HIIT/CROSSFIT exercises. My size is 37 but I bought size 38. I should have size down to my actual size 7, well is my mistake.

. I have another similar barefoot one, where toes are not separate; but this is different level. As normal, the calf muscles stretch more, so are sore, but gets better after a month My runners knee is now cured, as this is the most natural way to run

I can't imagine how can shoes fit in this way. It is literally like you wear a pair of shoes, but you feel like you haven't. When running, your feet get well protected, but you feel you run without shoes. I strongly recommend every runner choose V-run then throw their Nike, Adidas, Asics, new balance into the bin

I have been running the Vibram V run for 5 years. run perfectly. You are going to run high stride frequency. had no injuries, feet are super strong now. Now run 4000 KM per year and even won 11 medals at Dutch championships, also a Marathon!

Review after 1.5 years: They helped me a lot to strengthen my legs. Knee pain stopped. I walk, run and hike with them. I got used to them quickly and now I do not change them. They are suitable for all soils with excellent adhesion and very light. They are very resistant to sharp stones, thorns and even glasses. They are very breathable and dry very quickly. They fit perfectly and their comfort is unmatched by anything else. I also bought the V-Trek 2.0 Insulated for the winter. They initially helped me recover after knee surgery and now I exercise regularly with better performance than before. They changed my mind about sneakers.

Very comfortable sneakers, it is difficult at first to get used to putting them on, there are a couple of tutorials online, once the trick is taken they are put on right away, I recommend putting them on with 5-finger socks too, it makes it easier to put them on. I wear a 42.5 (27cm), I have ordered size 42 and great, no problem. You have to do some adaptation to minimalist footwear; for now very happy.
