In the new Fli-Lyte 3, we eliminated almost all printed overlays to make it lighter and more breathable using a new engineered mesh upper to secure the foot over the platform. The addition of our 5mm anti-microbial Ortholite® footbed gives the shoe a softer ride without sacrificing midsole response. A 23mm X 20mm stack height offers cushioning without losing flexibility and ground feel for a more natural running experience.

Fli-Lyte3: I took them for quality training and short courses with maximum 12km. They are very light and give the feeling of not having shoes :). Excellent especially for the repeated ones.

The TOPO Fli-Lyte 3 is ideally suited for the comfortable road running, also on level forest roads. The running characteristics are excellent, very neutral and best suited for the forefoot race. The shoe I use in dry weather. For the beginning and more humid autumn / winter time intend the additional purchase of lightweight trail models (MT-3 or Runventure 2).
