Hello, the main difference is that `Tomtom Runner 3 Music+auric`, does not include Heart Rate sensor but has memory for over 500 songs and the headphones are included in the price. On the other hand, the `Runner 3 Cardio` has a built-in HR sensor on the back but does not have memory for music. Regards.
