Great roller

Really great for rolling out tense or sore muscles. Feels really nice after training, and after a long day of work. The sheets with picture-based how-tos are very useful. I like that the roller is soft enough to my body (I still use it through tights and such as a precaution), and it's firm enough so that I feel tangible muscle release.
