This product is great! I've worn it a few times on short trail runs during cold weather and my torso has remained at a good temperature. It does absorb a lot of sweat leaving your skin dry also. It is a semi compression type fit but isn't too restrictive with breathing, always a concern with me and compression wear. the quarter zip is good for if you want to regulate temperature. The pockets in the back are good, they can hold gels, nutrition bars or phone in middle pocket, however there are no zips to them. The only little negatives would be the logos and other writing seems a little faded and there are some loose threads on inside of the shirt, which might be why you cant wash inside out? The carbon fibre material feels comfortable, as I said it regulates good body temperature. and feels and looks good. I would buy another, especially if it was available in long sleeve, and if they were available in Australia a bit cheaper. Item was shipped from the Netherlands and product made in Spain.
