Take one size bigger than usual.

It is very comfortable but a little small size. If you want to stay like a second skin (but you can not get on the sleeves) take your usual size, but if you want a little more comfortable and not so extremely tight, better to take one size bigger. The blue and black color, is a very dark navy blue color stands almost no other.
