With the iD.TRI, SIGMA SPORT offers triathletes an innovative sports watch for training and competition. Smart training clock
Thanks to special algorithms, the sophisticated training system of the iD.TRI measures all discipline-specific values relevant for triathletes. The settings and training views of the sports profiles can be customized on the triathlon watch. Likewise, personal target zones and workouts can be set up according to various parameters, which can be evaluated and analyzed using the SIGMA data world.
Individual competition planning
A competition mode has been integrated into the iD.TRI so that triathletes can optimally prepare for their competitions and complete them without stress. In the competition planner, the sequence of the disciplines can be chosen freely, so that besides common distances other competitions such as duathlons can be created. During the competition, the triathlon watch records the entire changeover times. If desired, the triathlete can also set up a food or drink alarm by distance or time.
Simple operation and sporty design
The simple menu structure and the control via the four buttons simplify the operation of the iD.TRI. Due to its slim design, the sports watch fits under every wetsuit and is ideal for swimming due to its 5 ATM waterproof properties. SnapOn Bike Mount

Navigation on the wrist
To enable the user to always arrive at his/her desired destination, the iD.TRI navigates via track navigation and the popular hiking and biking route app from komoot. Tracks can be loaded on the GPS triathlon watch as usual via the DATA CENTER or the SIGMA LINK app. When navigating via komoot, the turn-by-turn directions are shown directly on the watch display, while the smart phone can stay in your pocket.

With the USB interface and Bluetooth Smart, the iD.TRI communicates quickly and easily with PC and smart phone. I got this model a few months ago, when it came out, just before the Alicante triathlon. It is compatible with all kinds of sensors (pulse, although it is also worn on the wrist, speed / cadence, potentiometers, etc.), and above all it is very thin and light. It does not weigh anything, you do not know that you carry it. One of the functions that I like the most about what it carries is the intelligent light: I often train the race on foot at night, when the children sleep, and if I have to do an interval training it is very comfortable: between the vibration and the light is there, I don't need anything else. When you complete the phase it vibrates, and the light works like a traffic light: if you go below speed or target pulse it turns blue, if you go where you have to go it turns green, and if you pass it turns red. So there is no need to look at the screen, only the reflection of the light already tells you how you are going, and helps you. And in the pool the same (the pulse in the pool reads it well). So very happy, and the competition mode is going well, record transitions, etc. The only but it would be the battery life: with everything on top I do not think it lasts more than 8 hours, so it would be worth at most to make a half (I have plenty). If you are looking for something to do IM, go to a higher range. But for the rest of the mortals, perfect.

The wrist watch is super comfortable and light. I have not yet configured everything 100%, but it is quite intuitive from the SIGMA LINK app, to configure the screens and graphics that I like to see in each sports profile. Although the digits in the number fields are small, it looks good, and the graphics are very good. But EYE: to update versions you have to do it from the PC, it cannot be done from the mobile. By chance I connected it to the computer via USB, with SIGMA DATACENTER, and it quickly jumped out that an update was available. Then I have seen that this can only be done from the PC, so do not trust the app, which is valid for everything but updating. Another point in favor is the support for the bike that it includes, it suits me very well and it hooks up very quickly. In addition to doing triathlon, being able to view a track for example when I use a mountain bike, the possibility of downloading a track and being able to follow it is great for me! Now in the summer I will try to use it to join the swimming and cycling modalities, which is what I train the most. I will set up a compound activity, in the competition mode. And what I am going to use the most (I still can't) is the swimming mode, the watch I had before did not accurately measure the activity since it was calculated only by GPS and within an indoor sports facility the GPS did not work ... I have seen that you can configure it for indoor or outdoor swimming, even at the last moment with a quick menu that takes you. In addition, I have read that the pulse sensor that is worn on the wrist does not go bad completely under water if you press it properly, so although on the bike or running I will put on the chest strap, for the pool sessions I go to have that plus too. I am delighted with the purchase.

It is a very good watch with all facilities at a very low cost . I would certainly suggest others to buy it .Only drawback is its display is small and takes time to find the readings with those who have low eye sight

Great watch! And great price! I would definitely buy it again and recommend it to anyone who starts with triathlon or SwimRun. But even without that, it is a very helpful tool for regular swimmers (including open water) and runners. It is not sufficient for ambitious cyclists or bike packers. (I use iPhone with Komoot for my tours.) The instructions (also online) do not explain all the details. Since everything is fairly clear, trying it out is fine.

Very satisfactory value for money. The data is very precise. I compared with my previous gps watch and my strava app. The readability of the data on the watch is very average because the screen is very small. But in fact it is especially on the sigma app installed on the smartphone that we consult the data. So no big deal. Notification of calls, e-mails or instant conversations works very well. Be careful however to have activated the app for the watch to be synchronized. Otherwise it doesn't work. Easily linked with my strava account to feed activity reports. Not tested in swimming. Rather wacky temperature. Very good product overall. However, I would have liked a larger screen. I very much appreciate the possibility of designating an emergency number in the event of a fall.

Speak friend. Yes, it even has visual alerts to indicate if you are over, under, or within pace. It also vibrates to indicate the set pace. Buy it, it´s worth it.
