Great shoe.

Great shoe. Stable and connected. Feels hard but softens a little over time. More padding around the ankle than other Scott models. Great tounge totems down well. Great lugs that proved great traction in mud and on rock, don’t choose to run on tarmac or concrete but if you have to it’s not uncomfortable (unlike say a speedcross) but a bit like a tractor. Upper week good will see after 800km.

Convenient pad. The rubber reinforcement in the forefoot protects the toes well from impacts. Of the minuses - quite heavy ... the weight of one sneaker (EU size 42.5) is 357 grams. I will also attribute it to the disadvantages - the seam of the thread under the curved insole is not uniform. The size of my foot is 26.5 cm ... The size of the sneakers is EU 42.5 ... They only fit, you could order EU 43, but definitely not less

I am from Hoka speedgoat ... I wanted to try the scott. Good shoe more rigid and snug therefore more reactive than the Hoka which in comparison are much more "soft" if you pass me the term. Excellent grip on dirt and mud stones ... while on slightly smooth and wet stones, the vibram megragrip sole of the Hoka is better in this case. Good front protection, even if in my case it squeezes me a little on the little finger, I think it is due to the protection band that covers up to that point. Cushioning does its job downhill on stones etc.

Very satisfactory on the first outing in comfort, size, weight. A little too many crampons for my tastes but in the mud it does not move. Small flat for wet pirres which remain slippery unlike other types of soles.

Very good quality shoes. Cushioned at the top take 1/2 size above normal. Perfect for a fairly wide foot. Very good grip, a little less safe wet stones as for most trail models. Very strong mesh. To see in the long therme.

excellent shoe for medium and long distances, used in the 2019 season for many km and on all types of terrain and snow, they do not let go of good grip, a little less on wet rock, they fit tightly better to take 1/2 more number. the sole was worn while the schoeller dynamic fabric showed no signs of wear.

shoe certainly well made in terms of quality and materials. the sole provides excellent grip on all hard and soft, viscid or dry soils. certainly suitable for feet with a wide footprint it has a lot of space in the whole shoe (for my taste maybe too much. On the whole I imagined them to be more shock-absorbing seen segment to which they are sold, or maybe I had got used too well myself coming from a couple of new balance fresh foam hierro: with those it was like walking on air cushions.

shoe born for long distances aesthetically very beautiful and structurally well made. it is flexible from the start even in the first km it adapts to the foot very well. it is less soft in terms of cushioning than other models in the same segment (new balance in particular). Leave plenty of space for the forefoot (the fingers are perfectly free and never forced. Perfect cleats for any soft and slippery ground, a little less on wet rock.

Very pleased with these shoes, which have now seen me through an ultramarathon in the rolling English hills, and a fairly technical mountain ultra in France. Great comfort, performance and build quality with good cushioning. I cannot fault them.

Zapas very good for long and short route. Very sticky sole and exceptional cushioning. Zapas for people of certain weight and to throw miles without stopping. Good grip on the instep with the cord and that if, in technical sites, just lose effectiveness but something is noticeable. It seems that the schoeller fabric works in front of the "water" but it also shows something in the breathability. Very recommendable

I’m not much of a runner, marching Ultra marathons is my thing. I’ve had a few short mountain outings on these and so far and love them. Very grippy despite Storm Gareth and some wet and boggy ground. The best bit is a long downhill towards home on tarmac and it feels like I’m running on fluffy pillows. Scott shoes have not lasted well for me previously so time will tell but so far really loving them.
