The flexible water bottle is easy to use, fits nicely, is silent (Water doesn´t move around), easy to clean, and since its foldable when empty easy to put away. The big mouth is also quite practical for refilling or cleaning.

I bought because the ones that make "hydrapack" give me confidence, although they are a bit expensive. The wide mouth is fine for filling, drying and cleaning, however, that part bounces more in the vest when running than the narrow diameter one.

Unsurprisingly, perfect for use with Salomon ADV Skin 12 bag (2018 version). Incorporates the large opening "42" very useful for pouring powder and water in the refueling stations. On the other hand yellow card to Salomon: this new thread "42" is not compatible with the pitch of the same diameter of the previous generation: in the event of a problem with the new plugs, it is not possible to recover on flanges of same diameter older.
Practical soft flasks for backpack

I was looking for a replacement for the soft flasks of the Salomon ADV SKIN 5 set vest, and these were suitable. They fit tightly in the front compartments and are held well by the hook on the vest. The mouth is wider, so they are easier to fill, but at the same time after a long time they are noticeable on the ribs if you wear the vest well adjusted. Not that they bother, but they are more noticeable than with the previous narrow mouth. The flow of water when drinking is abundant, and they are well compacted when they are emptied. I haven't noticed a taste of plastic or anything since the first use.
