this belt is perfect for 10KM runs as it holds my iPhone in the front and has just enough water (250m) for shorter runs. It is also the perfect companion for my vest on long trail runs - holds firm (sometime forget that I'm wearing it!!)

Great belt. Holds tight, it doesn't go up on the belly, but it needs to be very well adjusted and pocket with soft flask needs to be at the back. Ziper is very smooth, it doesn't stuck at all. It fits a smartphone in front pocket and some sugar candy too ;)

I have tested the drinking belt right at my first 30 km Mozart100 Trailrace and has worked great! Above all, I find the possibility to stow in front of my smartphone! Once you have found the right length, the belt is very comfortable, but adjusting is not easy! I would not recommend it for runs where you want to quickly get to the water bottle ... there is certainly better. The price I find a bit high, but since a 250 ml Softflask is, it is to be forgotten :-)
