It's been months since I have used them and they have a grip on muddy terrain, the damping is pretty good.

Lightweight and cushioning shoes. The stem adapts easily. The Michelin sole offers a structure with crampons for the practice of trail. This is my third pair of Salewa shoes and I have never been disappointed! To recommend rather for the fine feet.
