I bought it as a spare in case the one that comes with the Polar M460 in its box deteriorates. The good thing about this is that it has two couplings, one for the handlebar and another flat, in case you want to put it on the frame. I recommend it. The price is very good compared to other stores.

Does it also fit the POLAR V650? Does it come with all the rubber bands?

It comes with all the tires. I bought it for the 460 but they should be standard, also for the 650
