It has a mixed beam for proximity and distance vision during movement. It also has red lighting to preserve night vision and ensure stealth. Surprised by the flow of light from this front! Great power! The quality of the plastics could be better, I do not see an improvement in this aspect with respect to my old Petzl front of more than 10 years old, but for the price, if it lasts the same it is a great deal !!!
