With the incorporation of new technologies and materials in their manufacture, Nike’s Zoom Fly Flyknit have come to revolutionize the world of running shoes. With a light build below 300 gr and a series of features ideal for neutral runners, these shoes are ideal for beating records on both asphalt and track.

Following the Zoom Vaporfly 4%’s great success, the Zoom Fly Flyknit has a midsole made entirely of ultra-flexible Nike React foam, offering very high cushioning that is enhanced by blending it with the Vaporfly 4%’s forefoot carbon fiber plate. The result is an incredibly responsive energy return that gives you more at every stride.

On the outsole, an irregular pentagonal pattern along the perimeter of the heel and forefoot distributes these shoes’ traction in a variable, effective way. Made of high-strength rubber, Flyknit’s outsole also comes with high wear resistance. A Flyknit-built upper, reinforced with a Flywire cable cord, gives these shoes great flexibility and breathability with a soft, snug fit thanks to its sock-like design. Nike Zoom Fly Flyknit Women´s Running Shoe is built for record-breaking speed. The Flyknit upper delivers ultra-lightweight support that fits like a glove.

It's a shoe that catches you like a sock. For runners that have a wide foot and a valgus heel, it does not hold much ... and can tighten a little ...; Rather I recommend it for asphalt people very fast and with fine foot. Aesthetically they are beautiful.

The Nike Zoom Fly Flyknit shoes are comfortable, although the rebound they cause makes the sole of the foot hurts a bit. Maybe I have to get used to it, but for now I won't use them again for more than 10 or 15km. Yes it shows that they help improve the pace somewhat, although for training I will continue to use Asics.
