The Zoom Fly 3 makes use of a powerful Nike React midsole to provide astonishing cushioning and great responsiveness, which translates into smoother transitions and a lightweight feel during the race. A carbon fiber plate in the midfoot gives you greater flexibility and elasticity to propel you towards your training objectives, while the rubber outsole has added accents on the forefoot and heel for durability and traction on asphalt and urban surfaces.
But perhaps the Zoom Fly 3’s most groundbreaking feature is its VaporWeave upper, an innovative plastic-based material that provides unprecedented breathability and lightness. The addition of an internal mesh bootie wraps the upper around the foot in a sock-like way, increasing these shoes’ fit and comfort.
The Nike Zoom Fly 3, inspired by the Vaporfly, offers runners comfort and durability the day of the race. The carbon fiber plate has propulsive power to run kilometer after kilometer.

The good? good price, light and comfortable as well as beautiful aesthetically ... the bad? After getting used to making series with the steam or next with the fly3 I notice the difference in weight (203 gr fly3 versus 178 gr the next).
