I had some old Merrell Gloves that had been very good for me but have already worn out the sole. These maintain lightness, comfort and seem better reinforced. I usually use templates and as I have a raised bridge, I don't need them.

Size for me was as expected. I bought half a size smaller as suggested by everyone and It was too tight for me. Went back to my regular size and it fits perfect.

Very nice shoes, good quality feel. The size was half a size too big for me. And I decided to order the bare access instead. However, I will propably order these again when winter comes.

Merrell has gone a notch beyond with the TG5. While I prefer the overall 'burrito' fit and comfirt of the TG4 for hard & rocky trails, the TG5's Barefoot2 design is refreshing. Merrell seems to have taken the VG3 (and not the TG4) as the template, which makes these feel extremely light, given the heavier sole. The very first thing to note about the TG5 is that these impose an even better natural form and response than it's predecessors. Size-wise, these run half a size large. Runnerinn's delivery was spot on. Got the shoes delivered to New Delhi within 7 days of placing the order.
