Glutamine is an abundant amino acid in muscle tissue and blood. Zinc is a micronutrient associated with many functions, among them the immune system and antioxidant activity in the body.

How to use:

- Tablets: Take 2-3 tablets 3 times a day. Take one always after finishing exercise.
