Garmin battery

I was able to try it once and it works very well, the browser lasts 13 hours, which before was not even half that long. Regarding its placement on the support, it is very safe and easy to place, you just have to remove two screws and place the one that comes on the battery. I recommend it

In order to be able to fully use my Garmin 530 GPS I bought this Garmin external battery. No more worries about the duration of use which was normally around twenty hours, it is now practically doubled. It is even possible to connect your smartphone in USB just in case. The order went well and the packaging was more than correct as well as the delivery times as the seller was in Spain. The installation is very simple, everything is provided and what is not negligible no connection wire, the latter being by direct contact between the battery and the 530. Finally the price is the cheapest found on the net this which is great. Seller to recommend.

Battery a little cumbersome but it can be fixed with the Edge 520, on the special support for the Edge 1030. For the Edge 520 to have more autonomy, you connect the micro USB socket of the USB cable, on that of the counter and the other USB socket on the battery. It seems to me to work as it should and the fixing system is well studied.

The Garmin charge power pack can be used with any Garmin product and not via the USB port. Direct contact is possible ONLY with the Garmin 1030 and with the special bracket and integrator (Insert of the recessed handlebar bracket PRODUCT CODE 010-12563-01). The latter is present in the charge power pack and is adaptable only to 1030. It guarantees about 20 additional hours of autonomy and works EXCELLENT even under water for hours.

I was said that the product is compatibe with edge 520. No one said that you need to buy more accessories and it’s impossible (almost) do it. It was waste of money for nothing.

In the compatibilities on the Garmin website it says that it is compatible, initially you don´t need a cable, in my case with the Edge 830 I just had to remove the lower part of the support and put the one that comes with the power pack, the only one that is a mount direct is the Edge 1030. I hope it helped.

Hello, the content is the battery, the adaptive part for fixing on a Garmin support. No charger delivered because the battery is charged with the same cable as the gps.
