Product description Columbus FAT04 Poles

Light foldable aluminum poles set with height adjust. Thanks to its versatil design can be used for trekking, trail-running or ski. The four sections of this pole are made in aluminum. The telescopic section has an easy quick blocking system. The 2 lower sections are blocked rotating clockwise to stiffen the pole. Ergonomic and extra-long EVA grip with adjustable strap. Tungsten tip and rubber paw for an optimal grip; mud and snow baskets included. The length can be adjusted from 105 cm. to 135 cm. and once folded it is only 37 cm. long. Color combination: Grey and orange.

Specifications:

Use Instructions:
- Unfold the pole and fix it to the grip.
- Lock the two lower sections rotating them clockwise. Now the pole is rigid and ready to use.
- To fold the pole, unlock the 2 lower sections rotating them anti-clockwise.
- Fix the pole to its lower position and fold the 2 lowers sections fixing the set with the folding strap.

Multipurpose and very light poles. They are strong and easy to assemble.

They are more robust than my old Ferrino. The screw locking system of the sections is a bit slower but in return the stick is much stiffer than those with a cable tensioner. It seems that they will endure more than my previous sticks because they seem much stronger without excessively penalizing the weight.
