Lightweight and bright

Very lightweight headlamp, but still very bright. I take with me everywhere.

i have had one for a year or two now using occasionally. it's perhaps not a torch for serious adventurers, but it's light and simple and does its job. the dim setting is nice, the strobe perhaps useful in emergencies. unless you were turning it on and off a lot the switching function is un-problematic. i would carry 2 and rotate having ,a backup for lighting. alkaline powered torches might have the advantage on longer trips, where you weren't carrying portable batteries pre charged or a solar solution. this is not me, so i can charge one and switch it out and still have plenty of charging time for phone/devices.
