The watch is simple and superb. Has everything you need for regular exercise but works best as a health tracker. Works perfectly and the battery lasts a month like no comparable watch and the ECG function is particularly good, which is rare in sports watches...

Yes, the accuracy is quite good if calibrated. But the function is there, but it is very difficult to use. To measure blood pressure, you have to put your finger on it while the watch is on your hand, but it is very difficult to "pick up" the signals from your hand. You have to move the watch and your finger for the signal to finally appear. I can´t do that often. I have resigned myself to using it only as a smart watch. I don´t know, maybe it´s just me

The watch does not measure barometric pressure. Blood pressure is extrapolated from the blood flow to the finger and the skin under the watch. For this, cardioelectrics are measured and green light is emitted. There is a function for calibrating the watch against a reference measurement. I think it measures relatively accurately. Better than an electric upper arm cuff.
