Incomplete product arrived without the trekking bag and without the pucks

Very unhappy. Customer service has been carrying me around for 15 days No error from the carrier. The culprit is the Trekkin person who made the package. The reasons 1) Parcel with a flexible plastic that does not protect the products 2) The bag and the washer were not in the package from Trekkin: the package was not opened.

Good trekking poles. came without one protective cap. Compactly folded - there will be no problems with packing in a backpack. Haven't been able to test yet....
