Gel Cumulus 20 is a product designed for neutral runners because it is more compact and even softer than other models of the brand. In its segment, the shoe is one of the best and is widely used to train on different surfaces for its grip.
The running shoe is designed for long runs because it is more stable and prevents foot twists. FlyteFoam Lyte, FlyteFoam Propel and Gel are the three integrated technologies that reduce the impact of each footprint. The half foot and the forefoot are covered with Durasponge, a material that favors the traction by the location of small blocks with square and rectangular shapes.
To guide the foot to the next step, Guidance Line reduces the pressure on the metatarsus, promoting your pronation. The sole of this model is composed of high abrasion rubber that resists treading even on surfaces More demanding. As for the weight, it is lighter than the Gel Cumulus 19. The mesh woven on the top decreases the internal heat and keeps you away from sweating.
With an increased landing surface to accommodate every foot strike, the improved feel and fit of the ASICS GEL-Cumulus running shoe will create a gentler, more comfortable ride for medium to high mileage runners. Featuring new FlyteFoam technology for optimal bounce back, new full-ground contact outsole for smoother heel-to-toe movement, and a new SpEVA Foam lasting that provides ample room in the ball girth and toe area, performance and comfort come together to make this the perfect all-round running shoe for men. The new rolled collar provides a sleeker silhouette, while the orthotic sockliner and GEL technology cushioning system ensure enduring comfort for going the extra mile.

3 years ago I had a series of very recurrent muscle and IT band injuries that weighed down on my preparation and competition for several months. One of the changes I made was to change shoes, on the recommendation of my podiatrist I started using the cumulus (I think 18) since then I use a pair every 4 months, more or less about 850-900 km. I have improved a lot and I have not had anything serious again.

I change 3 pairs of shoes a year. I always take cumulus size 43.5. Exactly 1.5 numbers more than my foot. With the Nimbus half a number more, but they cost too much and from my point of view they are exactly the same. Runnerinn are very serious and fast. They arrive home within 7 days at the most.
