Gel Contend 7 is a running shoe for women Asics that provides durability and support. This model includes a mesh layer on the upper part that favors the passage of air, creating a better fit.
Inside its cushioning system it has gel technology and Amplifoam midsole that reduce the impacts generated during pronation. It also includes an Ortholit insole in the internal area that contributes to shock absorption, the Guidance Line element that creates a more natural footprint.
The Asics women´s shoe has synthetic stitching with overlays that create a firm foothold. Its outsole made of rubber includes flexible grooves that improve comfort with each step. Its closure is the traditional one with laces distributed along the instep for better support.
The GEL-CONTEND 7 running shoe provides excellent cushioning for runners seeking a combination of durability and support. When I buy on this site I use the MAN or WOMAN size guide. You can also measure your foot length, this size is the same as the Japanese size (JP) and then order the corresponding EU size.

Personally I took 2 sizes (so the 40 with my number 38). Normally with the asics I have always found myself with only one more number but for this model the 39 was very narrow and short. You can also measure your foot length (corresponds to JP size) and then choose the corresponding size in EU (women).
