I liked it very much. It is very comfortable, I just tried it in a running outlet of about 14 km and my impression was great. I carried it with the mobile phone in the front zippered pocket and nothing has moved, I did not notice that I was carrying it. Then in one of the side pockets a 300ml bottle of water and the same. It does not move and very comfortable. You just have to get used to putting in and taking out the water bottle on the go but with a little practice it will be easier. I recommend it for your comfort, since I come from other types of belts with straps and closures that were not comfortable at all.

I did not believe that the poles did not move ... but yes, you put them there and they do not wiggle anything at all! ideal for those short runs but with beastly climbs you do not want to carry a backpack ... I recommend putting the poles forward, it is faster and easier to store and remove
