Product description Altra Wahweap

Wahweap is a shoe for urban use for men in which you will find adequate breathability, keeping your feet dry and fresh for longer. This model has the particularity that combines the softness that you could find in a ballet shoe with the climbing model.

The cushioning system of this sports shoe balances the heel and forefoot at the same distance from the ground, giving you low impact while you are in the race. In the front area it includes enough space to allow the movement of the fingers, in addition you will have stability during ascents and descents.

The casual shoe has a lightly padded tongue and collar. In addition, the tongue area has mesh layers that favor the passage of air. Another of its qualities is that this model prevents you from skidding, its outsole includes multiple climbing-type surfaces that help you stay stable.
From gym to crag to trailhead to dinner, the Wahweap is ready to take you there. Named for a geological formation of the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, it features a comfortable and soft 75% hemp upper which is both functional and sustainable. To add to this already awesome shoe, the MaxTracTM outsole is ´´siped´´ for technical multi-surface traction and it features a climbing-style wrapped toe for added function and durability.

Great service & fast delivery. Shoes are exactly what I was looking for ... an everyday Altra to wear instead of my runners. They are light and comfortable. I found the size comparable to my Altra running shoes.

The show is very light, and comfortable. Lots of space for the toes. Nice looking too. The sole is quite rigid, which I personally enjoy. If you are looking for a "squishy" feeling, this shoe is not for you (buy Altra Escalante instead).
