Duo is a men´s running shoe that will help you get a comfortable feeling on your feet. One of the characteristics that this shoe has for neutral pronators is that it has been created especially for the anatomy of the male foot.
The FootShape box allows the movement of the toes, allowing greater relaxation and stability during climbs. The outsole of the shoe is made of blown rubber for greater resistance to abrasion.
The cushioning system of the sports shoe includes a Max LTTM midsole that contributes to the reduction of impacts, after each stride. The areas: front and rear of the foot are kept balanced due to the Zero platform that helps to have a proper position and minimize the impact. The trekking sports shoe has a standard width and its closure is the traditional one with laces distributed along the instep.

Lightness and comfort

Very comfortable shoe with a good "rebound" on impact with the ground. I normally run through the mountains ("I hate" the asphalt), and I was looking for a shoe to do series on asphalt and I also use it to do soft trail. For tracks and simple trails it is a very effective shoe, linking with asphalt sections, where a pure mountain shoe does not take out all its virtues. As a negative point, the sole accumulates pebbles in its grooves, grooves that are also those that provide good traction on compact ground. I imagine Altra will improve that in the future. When those smooth trail outings lead to steeper slopes, I use the La Sportiva Lycan, firmer hold, and a better grip outsole. These Altra Duo being a pure asphalt shoe, has shown enough versatility of use. SUV car made slipper Greetings

Timely delivery and well packaged product. For now, about fifty km. Good sensations even if the shoe is really very summery and light although well cushioned. Another then is a real comfortable chair for my forefoot. Very satisfied for now. I don't put 5 just because I'm still running in.

I have used them three times and the upper has been cracked, they put the stones in the drawing of the sole and fade the tongues (without lining) staining socks.
