The sole is perfect for running on dirt and uneven ground. The Boost system allows fantastic cushioning, they are the fourth that I use with this system and I do not change it. My but is that the last is wide.

Wide last, they do not fit in the instep area. I thought they would be cooler, very hot it shows. Of course, very comfortable, total grip.

I purchased these shoes after using the Supernova Glide 6 Boost for years, which unfortunately is no longer in production and is nowhere to be found. For a long time I looked for a shoe that was well made like the Supernova and I think I finally found it. The thickness of the boost material is slightly lower in the Terrex sole, but it remains an excellent shoe that gives the right sprint to my stride. I really like the stability it gives, thanks to a rubbery / soft sole, and thanks to the upper structure. It is very light and comfortable, but at the same time it does not allow the foot to slide sideways (as it can happen with softer models - e.g. solarboost that looks like a sock and does not hold the same way). Aesthetically I find them even more beautiful live than in photos.
