So happy with my jacket!

Oh, I am so happy with my new jacket! I'd been needing a proper rain jacket for ages. A friend who works in Search and Rescue told me to get Gore Tex and after some study and research I decided, on the Minimilist. To be honest, I would have preferred and brighter colour, but at this stage, it's more about practicality than looks. I just did a hike up a snowy mountain with a group of friends and I was so warm and dry. At one point I even took it off. (Going uphill is hard work!) But then I wore it on the way down and I was never cold. The water dripping from the trees just beaded up and ran righ off me. It is very lightweight which is another big plus. I would definitely recommend this jacket! Thank you Marmot!
