Waterproof to 1 meter, it´s fortified for mishaps, and with red, green and blue night-vision modes, its versatile for any mission and easily protects your night vision. Now with a removable battery pack that can be easily stowed in a pocket to preserve battery life and programmable brightness memory, the Icon can be customized to fit any adventure.

Good product, a little exaggerated in function, it takes a little practice to switch light functions. Strong and wide open beam light, a little heavier than I imagined because it uses 4 batteries, the great advantage is being able to carry the battery compartment close to the body with a strap and extension cord system that comes with the flashlight and assists in days coolers preserving battery life and removing extra weight from the head. The dimmer function is very interesting when it is necessary to increase or decrease the light intensity. Tested only at home.

My experience with Icon is very positive. Is available an intense fascicle of light, within the continuous button pressing this will gradually increase and decrease. Moreover, red, green and blue leds are available, all of them on different intensities and strobe. The lamp is coming with head fixing system preinstalled, but another straps are available for wist fixing of batteries, with a separate long cable. The batteries are Duracell, incorporated in kit. As per my previous experiences with another brands, good headlamps become garbage due to batteries closing system, but with Icon that will not repeat, the battery module is available as spare. For me Petzl is now history.
